YesWeHack, a leading Bug Bounty and vulnerability management platform, has successfully concluded a €26m Series C funding round to bolster its operational capabilities and expand its global footprint.

Known for its role in connecting organizations with ethical hackers to enhance digital security, YesWeHack plans to leverage the investment to advance its technological prowess and extend its market reach. The funding round was spearheaded by Wendel, with participation from new investors Adelie and Seventure Partners, alongside ongoing support from Bpifrance, Open CNP, and Eiffel Investment Group. Notably, Renaud Deraison, co-founder of Tenable and Senior Advisor to Wendel Growth, joins YesWeHack’s board, adding strategic insights and experience.

YesWeHack has established itself as a pivotal player in security testing, offering a sophisticated Bug Bounty platform that mobilizes a diverse community of ethical hackers. This approach enables businesses of all sizes to proactively identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities. The company serves a diverse clientele of over 500 organizations spanning 40 countries, including prominent entities such as “CAC 40” companies, global brands like Louis Vuitton and Tencent, as well as major players in telecom and public sectors.

Since its previous funding round in 2021, YesWeHack has achieved remarkable growth, witnessing a six-fold increase in annual recurring revenue and tripling its roster of registered ethical hackers. The company has diversified its service portfolio to encompass integrated pentest and attack surface management solutions, providing a comprehensive suite for online risk and vulnerability management.
