Since its launch in 2018, the MARE BALTICUM GAMING SUMMIT has evolved into one of the most influential events in the Baltic region. Each spring, the summit, alongside the prestigious BSG Awards, rotates between the Baltic capitals, offering a fresh perspective in a new location each year. Vilnius, Lithuania, hosted the event in both 2019 and 2022, while the 2022 edition marked a significant milestone with the introduction of the TECH Meetup Baltics. This new addition catered to the growing interest in emerging technologies such as Fintech, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence, creating a broader platform for knowledge exchange across industries.
In 2023, the event took a transformative leap when it returned to Riga, merging gaming and technology under one banner to become the MARE BALTICUM GAMING & TECH SUMMIT. This merger expanded the summit’s scope, attracting a larger audience and cementing its position as a key gathering for both industries. The combined format was praised for its innovative approach, drawing professionals from diverse sectors and creating unique opportunities for collaboration.
The 2024 edition, held in Tallinn, Estonia, took the summit to new heights, earning widespread acclaim as one of the best editions to date. Featuring cutting-edge discussions and unparalleled networking opportunities, it further solidified the summit’s reputation as a must-attend event for gaming and tech professionals.
Looking ahead, the 2025 edition will take place from 27-28 May in Vilnius, Lithuania, promising to build on the success of previous years and deliver another outstanding experience. The summit will then return to Riga in 2026, continuing its tradition of rotating between the Baltic capitals.
