Simplify Labs, a Kyrrex-backed provider of MiCA-compliant white-label crypto solutions, teams up with regulatory consultancy Gofaizen & Sherle to present a webinar on how to operate in the EU without MiCA, discussing legal workarounds and strategic partnerships.
The one-hour online event is designed for crypto businesses operating in or around the EU that are exploring alternatives to obtaining a MiCA license. Attendees will hear from industry and legal experts who will break down practical strategies, including offshore structuring, LATAM case studies, and how to accelerate EU market entry by partnering with MiCA-ready entities.
The session will include an introduction to the MiCA landscape and the reasons why some businesses are choosing not to pursue licensing. It will provide detailed insights into legal and jurisdictional options outside the EU and will showcase real-life use cases of white-label solutions that offer a compliant pathway to the European market. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage with speakers during a live Q&A session.
“MiCA is a game-changer, but it’s not the only way forward,” said Vadim Rozov, CEO of Simplify Labs. “We just returned from Paris Blockchain Week, where we saw a massive demand for alternative compliance paths. Not every European company is ready or able to meet MiCA requirements on its own. There’s growing interest in white-label partnerships and smarter legal structuring, and this webinar is designed to answer that demand with real cases.”
Speakers include:
- Vadim Rozov (CEO, Simplify Labs)
- Mihhail Šerle (Senior Partner, Gofaizen & Sherle)
- Felix Canizales (Associate Partner, Gofaizen & Sherle)
