Comic Con Baltics, taking place in Vilnius from May 23 to 25, 2025, will welcome a special guest—Roger Clark, the actor who voiced the iconic Arthur Morgan in the legendary video game “Red Dead Redemption 2.” This is a unique opportunity for gaming enthusiasts and pop culture fans to meet the actor whose work elevated the narrative experience of gaming, adding realism and authenticity to the character. Clark’s talent for conveying subtle emotions and moral conflicts made Arthur Morgan one of the most memorable characters in video game history.
A Second Attempt to Visit
Roger Clark’s visit to Vilnius was initially planned for 2022, but the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and health issues prevented him from appearing in Lithuania. In his place, Robert Allen Wiethoff, who voiced the equally beloved character John Marston from the “Red Dead Redemption” series, stepped in that year.
“We are thrilled to confirm Roger Clark’s arrival finally. It has been worth the wait, and we have special meetings, discussions, and autograph sessions. Visitors will hear intriguing stories about the making of ‘Red Dead Redemption 2,’ and insights into Clark’s career journey and plans!” said event organizer Šarūnas Tamulis.
Arthur Morgan—A Controversial Hero
Roger Clark gained international recognition with the 2018 release of Red Dead Redemption 2, one of the most acclaimed video games in history, with over 65 million copies sold. Clark brought the character of Arthur Morgan to life—a complex, emotional member of Dutch van der Linde’s gang who constantly grapples with moral choices while balancing loyalty to the gang with his values. Arthur’s story is about survival and striving to be a better person, which endeared him to players worldwide.
Clark breathed life into this legendary character through his voice and motion capture. His exceptional talent in bringing Arthur to life earned him numerous awards, including the Best Performance title at The Game Awards.
Meet Roger Clark at Comic Con Baltics 2025
The seventh Comic Con Baltics 2025 festival will offer discussions and meet-and-greets with stars from the creative world and presentations of the latest video games and technologies at the accompanying Baltics Gaming Expo. Visitors will enjoy the largest cosplay competition in the Baltic region, movie premieres, and the “Meet Lithuanian Film Industry” platform, providing opportunities to engage with prominent figures in Lithuania’s film industry. The famous “Artists’ Alley,” which gathers hundreds of pop culture artists annually, will return alongside an interactive family zone, a shopping area of unique finds, spectacular decorations from films and TV shows, and many other attractions.
The festival organizers also revealed another guest—Luis Coelho, better known as “purr.in.ink”. The renowned illustrator and comic book artist with millions of followers will invite attendees to explore his work. “The upcoming festival’s guest list will surprise even the biggest skeptics, so we recommend following our updates. We are preparing an extraordinary experience you won’t want to miss,” said organizer Tomas Vievesis.
