Most Influential Women in Fintech 2024

For the second consecutive year, American Banker is celebrating influential women in the fintech sector who have played a pivotal role in advancing the industry.

The recognition will take place during the Digital Banking event on June 24 and 25 in Boca Raton, Florida, where 20 distinguished women will be honored. The honorees, listed alphabetically below, are set to be celebrated, and the event will culminate in the announcement of the 2024 Influencer of the Year.

The selection process involved American Banker’s editorial staff and three external judges:

  • Maria Gotsch, president and CEO of the Partnership Fund for New York City;
  • Michele Alt, co-founder and managing director of Klaros Group; and
  • Aaron McPherson, principal of AFM Consulting.

Together, they reviewed a substantial number of applications to identify women who have not only excelled in challenging roles but have also made significant contributions to the discourse within the industry.

Detailed profiles of these influential women will be featured in the June issue of American Banker Magazine. The list of honorees includes:

  • Dru Armstrong, CEO, AffiniPay
  • Jennifer Arnold, CEO, Minerva
  • Daniela Binatti, Co-founder and CTO, Pismo
  • Sharon Carmeli, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, Bluevine
  • Kiki Del Valle, Executive Vice President, Market Development, Mastercard
  • Alisa DiCaprio, Chief Economist, R3
  • Monica Eaton, CEO and Founder, Chargebacks911

Additional honorees will also be recognized at the event.
