Remote, Full-Time
Location: Ideally located in any Baltic state
About the Role:
HIPTHER is launching an exciting new initiative: the HIPTHER Baltics Meetup Series 2026, a set of three focused events in Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius, bringing together thought leaders in gaming, technology, and regulation.
We are looking for a passionate, organized, and people-oriented professional to help coordinate the series and serve as its public face in the Baltic region.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves building communities, enjoys public speaking, and wants to grow their presence in the gaming and tech ecosystem—while working closely with an international team that already delivers award-winning events across Europe.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate local logistics for the Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius meetups (with team support)
– Assist with venue booking, local suppliers, and travel logistics
– Help prepare and communicate with speakers and partners
– Travel to all 3 meetups and act as on-stage host/moderator
– Build and maintain relationships with local media, partners, and community stakeholders
– Represent HIPTHER in-person and online as a regional ambassador
Who You Are:
– Based in any of the Baltic states
– Comfortable with public speaking or eager to grow into a hosting role
– Have experience in events, marketing, PR, media, or community building
– Passionate about gaming, tech, digital policy, or startup ecosystems
– Self-motivated, well-organized, and reliable
– Fluent in English (Baltic languages are a plus)
What We Offer:
– Travel expenses for the meetups covered
– Mentorship and full support from the HIPTHER international team
– A chance to grow your regional visibility and network in a meaningful way
– Flexible, remote-first work culture with an experienced, friendly team
