Gaming Innovation Group: Disclosure of large shareholding

Optimus Invest Limited, a company owned by Andre Lavold, has today sold 10.000 shares in Gaming Innovation Group Inc. As a result of this transaction, Lavold and close associates has reduced its holding in GIG to 6.446.998 shares in GIG, or 4.99 % of the outstanding shares in GIG.
