iGaming technology supplier EveryMatrix announces an investment into LL Lucky Games AB, an up-and-coming gaming studio from Sweden set to list on NASDAQ First North Growth Market on June 23, 2021.
Founded by experienced industry veterans in 2019, Lady Luck Games develops casino games with a strong focus on superb gameplay experience and high-quality sticky designs. Serving end users with a superior entertainment value, LL Lucky Games stands out for its high-quality development team with roots in established top-tier gaming providers.
Lady Luck Games also partners up with RGS Matrix, EveryMatrix’s remote gaming server, which will be providing the necessary means for the studio to develop and distribute its games. RGS Matrix will manage compliance efforts and provide fast entry on regulated markets, as it is already licensed in 13 jurisdictions. Lady Luck Games joins Spearhead Studios, Wild Boars, FunFair, FlipLuck, and JVL, as RGS Matrix’s 6th client.
Ebbe Groes, Group CEO of EveryMatrix, says: “In Lady Luck Games, we see the next generation casino games being launched today. The studio has all the prerequisites of becoming a leading player in the casino space. Their highly experienced team paired with our RGS Matrix stellar technology is a lucky combination that I am sure will prove to be highly successful and lead a rapid expansion.
“The boost of games coming from porting the entire Lady Luck Games portfolio to our RGS Matrix is extra welcomed as we get it certified for the growing US market where we already see a great interest from operators in novel content.”
Mads Jørgensen, CEO and Co-Founder of Lady Luck Games, comments: “EveryMatrix is the perfect partner for us to grow our development and distribution. We are happy to receive their endorsement and support while we prepare to list on NASDAQ First North Growth Market. I’m positive that this collaboration will bring many wins for all involved parties and extra pleased to welcome Ebbe Groes to our board of directors.”

B2B iGaming supplier EveryMatrix has obtained Completed Application status issued by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE).
To successfully operate in the U.S., EveryMatrix will further require customer integration approval as part of the transactional waiver process to receive the green light to ‘Go Live’. By receiving Completed Application status from the DGE, EveryMatrix has provided all required application information on the company and its key officials in line with New Jersey’s law and iGaming standards.
Since Garden State’s gaming regulation came into effect in 2014, the industry has grown to a whopping $6 Billion in 2020.
Erik Nyman, President Americas at EveryMatrix, says: “I am very pleased that DGE has accepted as complete the application filings of the EveryMatrix Group of companies. Certainly, this is an important milestone for us and puts us on the verge of making our world-class platform and services available to licensed operators in the U.S. market.
“Since New Jersey regulated online gaming in 2014, their framework has played an important role for other states in their process to regulate and implement online gaming. We are very excited to soon be live in New Jersey while we are engaging in several license processes across the U.S.”
As a leading B2B provider of turnkey platform, casino, and sportsbook, EveryMatrix’s expansion plans gained shape in August 2020 with the opening of EveryMatrix Americas branch. To date, the company is on the fast track of securing a full operating license in New Jersey and is pursuing licensing in several other U.S. states.
EveryMatrix is making strides in the U.S., key milestone including the opening of its first U.S. based office in Miami, Florida, and the newly inked partnership with iDevelopment and Economic Association (iDEA) to make new ties to the U.S. iGaming industry.

EveryMatrix is pleased to announce the launch of two new educational hubs for Romanian children as a part of its long-term CSR project Kids Academy.
The two new centres add to the existing three in Bucharest, Romania, and are operated in partnership with the local Child Protective Services. The programs provide access to high-quality education for children at social risk. The kids are tutored by EveryMatrix’s full-time teachers in disciplines such as Computer Science, Maths, and English.
Since launching in 2015, Kids Academy has provided access to quality education for over 200 pupils between the ages of 8 and 15.
Kids Academy’s mission is to help pupils continue their studies into higher education despite social inequality and prevent children at risk to drop out of school. At the very least, the program ensures basic computer literacy, which typically is not provided in their homes or schools. The program is operated under the strong belief that investment in education can break social barriers and improve kids’ lives in the long-term by equipping them with hard and soft skills requested on the job market.
Ebbe Groes, Group CEO of EveryMatrix, comments: “We have been dedicated to supporting educational causes since 2015. Kids Academy is a project I value very much and seeing the impact it had over the years makes our team here very happy. The activity in the two new centres will make it possible to aid even more children. Our teachers provide much-needed support and help the pupils have better paths in life.”
Kids Academy had continued to provide ongoing support to the beneficiaries, in the form of online classes, live workshops held at EveryMatrix’s headquarters, and tutoring, since March 2020 when the schools and educational centres in Romania transitioned to an online or hybrid system. Kids Academy’s activity is fully compliant with governmental public health policies for COVID-19 to keep both pupils and teachers safe.
