Richard is a serial entrepreneur in health tech and marketplaces, and currently starting a Web3 gaming infrastructure venture. He has previously founded health tech company Elicare.ca, earning $11M AR with 75 employees, Boenlaser $1.8M AR in three years, and CheckupMD $120K MR in three months.

Richard is the Director of Brand Strategy at Web3 Marketing Agency, the lead agency for JP Morgan, Adidas, and Google. He has also worked on multiple Web3 gaming projects including Highstreet and dapps (Earth Wallet). Richard founded the UBC Collegiate Esports for League of Legends and Dota 2.
