Liutauras advises fintech companies looking to scale and lisence in Europe. He has worked with companies from the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Nordics and the United States helping them build their European operations by leveraging benefits of Lithuanian Fintech landscape: talent pool, infrastructure, and regulatory environment. Prior to moving to the governmental sector, Liutauras worked in a fintech startup focusing on tokenizing real estate. With an academic backround in economics and political science Liutauras works on looking for new growth opportunities in Lithuania’s Fintech sector.
