Saulius is a financial services professional with a proven track record and an extensive network of industry contacts across London, Scandinavia and the Baltic states, having worked for a range of global and regional financial services firms. He has more than thirty years' experience in the financial services sector — spanning payments, brokerage, investment banking, asset management and pension funds — in the Baltic states, where he held a succession of senior executive and board-level positions at the region's leading financial institutions.
He is a co-founder of the Lithuanian Fintech Association (Fintech Hub LT) and has served on its board for five consecutive terms. Additionally, Saulius was a founding member and served as President of the Lithuanian Investment Management Companies' Association from 2003 to 2010.
He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pace App and is a board member of Pace FS, an Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Latvia.
