HiBob, the company behind Bob, the HR platform transforming modern work, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Ettling to its Board of Directors. Mike has served as an advisor to HiBob since 2021 and now joins the board to further support its strategic growth and mission to modernise HR tech for fast-scaling global businesses.
As HiBob accelerates global expansion and product innovation, Mike’s insights will help guide the next phase: transforming Bob into a comprehensive, one-stop shop for HR and finance. This includes uniting HR, operations, and finance through integrated global payroll, FP&A capabilities, and AI-driven functionality.
Mike brings over 30 years of leadership experience across enterprise cloud software, HCM, and business transformation. Most recently, he served as CEO of Unit4, delivering people-focused ERP for service organisations. He was previously President of SAP SuccessFactors and CEO of NGA Human Resources (now Strada and Zellis). His track record spans startups, global enterprises, and PE-backed software companies.
