The primary objective of this collaboration is to revamp the bank’s web interface and mobile banking applications.

Under this partnership, CTBC Bank Philippines has collaborated with Hitachi Asia to unveil its redesigned digital interface, Retail NetBanking. This initiative aims to elevate the mobile banking experience for its members by prioritizing convenience and ensuring peace of mind.

The upgraded platform now boasts a user-friendly dashboard that provides users with a consolidated view of their financial products. It also offers customizable features and personalized widgets, empowering users to focus on the information that is most relevant to them.

Furthermore, the revamped interface incorporates enhanced security features to fortify the protection of user data. For instance, the bank is integrating device recognition technology and implementing a time-based One-Time Password (OTP) system to bolster its defenses against unauthorized access.
