Hawk Secures Additional Series B Funds as Rabobank Joins Raise


Hawk AI, a prominent player in the FinTech industry, has announced a significant boost to its Series B funding today, resulting in an increased valuation.

The extended funding round saw a notable contribution from Rabo Investments, alongside continued support from previous investors such as BlackFin Capital Partners, Sands Capital, DN, Picus, and Coalition. This financial backing underscores the growing confidence in Hawk’s innovative technologies and its potential for international expansion.

Hawk AI is dedicated to enhancing the financial crime detection and prevention capabilities of financial institutions through its advanced, explainable AI technology. This technology not only increases the effectiveness of these institutions but also ensures they meet AML/CFT regulatory compliance—a crucial factor in today’s financial ecosystem.

The new funds will primarily be utilized to accelerate Hawk AI’s international growth, capitalizing on the soaring demand for AI-powered anti-financial crime technologies.
