Moms for Liberty Steps Up Efforts to Fight Back Against Biden’s Title IX Rewrite & Launches Toolkit to Support Parents of Public School Kids

Today, Moms for Liberty is stepping into the ring in the fight against the Biden Administration’s Title IX rewrite by releasing a tool kit of resources to educate, equip, and empower parents to take action against these dangerous policies. States are already boldly filing lawsuits against Biden, with 15 states including Florida, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia suing the federal government to fight for parental rights at all levels of government.

Moms for Liberty Co-founders Tiffany Justice and Tina Descovich said, “Title IX erases women and girls, ignores the constitution, eliminates due process, compels speech and strips parents of their fundamental right to direct the upbringing of their child. We applaud the bold leadership from the 15 states that have stepped forward to take on Biden’s assault on parental rights. We are now calling on parents everywhere to get involved.

“These policies require a call to action at every level of government and by utilizing these tool kits, we will make sure our members are equipped for this battle from the school district level and upward. Despite the Biden Administration’s attempt to silence parents and endanger children, Moms for Liberty will never stop fighting for the safety of public school students and the God-given rights of parents.”

Moms for Liberty’s new toolkit – located online at https://www.momsforliberty.org/title9/ – will equip public school parents with what they need to push back in their state against President Biden’s assault on parental rights through Title IX. Because the new federal changes make “gender identity” a “protected class” this means parents will not be included in conversations their children have with school officials about their gender.

The Moms for Liberty kit includes letter templates and fact sheets to create a one stop shop for parents to protect their child from Biden’s Title IX politics and helps them understand what changes to expect within their child’s public school system. For example, not only are there bathroom security and locker-room safety concerns for students in K-12 schools, but the new policy labels teachers as “confidential” sources so they do not have to discuss a students “gender identity struggles” with their parents at all.
