Stan found his way into CRM by accident in 2015 and has been riding the wave of constant learning and challenges ever since. After six years in Malta working in the iGaming sector, he joined Displate while still abroad—a role that eventually brought him back to Poland. There, he helped shape the CRM team, introducing automation and smarter segmentation for one of Poland’s top e-commerce companies. Now a Senior CRM Growth Manager at BETFAN, he draws on his experience with both physical products and the digital world to improve customer experiences. He’s also taken on diverse roles—from appearing in commercials to writing ad scripts and hosting company events.

A speaker who loves sharing knowledge, he’s led a conference with city officials at Displate’s Łódź factory and was a panelist at Optimove Connect 2024 in London. Outside of work, you’ll find him exploring geek culture, cycling around Warsaw, or brewing a fresh pot of coffee.
