Rainer has been working over 2 years as the Head of Fiscal Information and Intelligence Department in the Ministry of Finance. His department is coordinating the state policies in the fields of auditing, bookkeeping, anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing, and gambling. All in all, he has been working in government sector for over 11 years, but as well in private sector for 17 years. He has been teaching fiscal and tax law in various universities for over 10 years and has been involved as external, both tax and AML expert, to several international EU funded projects.
