Piotr Leonarski is a Polish advocate and tax advisor with over 12 years of experience in tax, regulatory, and policy advisory. He leads the Tax Practice and the Gaming & Gambling Desk at the Polish law firm LSW, where he supports licensed gambling operators, media, and tech companies with taxation, compliance, and regulatory issues under Polish law. Piotr has advised several iGaming brands operating in Poland. His practice also includes support in disputes with tax authorities and regulators, representation before administrative courts, and structuring business models for innovative enterprises. Before joining LSW, Piotr worked at the Ministry of Finance of Poland, where he was involved in international indirect tax issues. He also gained experience at top-tier international law firms and consulting firms, advising multinational clients on the taxation of cross-border operations and M&A transactions.
