Petr Bratský is a Managing Associate in Kinstellar’s Prague office and Head of the local TMT sector and service line.

Petr is an expert in IP/IT/Media and Entertainment Law (including video gaming law). He also provides strategic and ad hoc compliance advice on the handling of personal data in various commercial sectors.

His expertise includes advising major local and international clients from across different industries in connection with the preparation and negotiation of a variety of complex commercial agreements related to technologies and in Tech M&A transactions. He also has significant experience in the field of media and film law, representing world major production companies in all stages of film production, including the provision of legal advice in relation to Czech film incentives scheme. Petr has also successfully handled various complex compliance projects in the area of personal data protection (including multi-jurisdictional projects) and has dealt with numerous data breaches. His expertise also covers unfair competition and domain disputes.

He studied law at Charles University in Prague (2012 - Master of Laws) and received his LL.M. degree from KU Leuven (2016).

Petr is a member of the Czech Bar Association, International Association of Privacy Professionals and of the Czech Association for the Protection of Personal Data. He is fluent in Czech and English.
