Martin is the Co-Founder and Head of Compliance Services at OSM Solutions, based in Vienna. Since 2017, OSM Solutions has been supporting businesses in securing their operations, meeting complex regulatory requirements, and entering highly regulated markets with confidence. With over 24 years of experience in IT security, Martin has built a career at the intersection of deep technical expertise and strategic leadership. His background includes conducting penetration tests for global banks, developing anti-spam solutions for internet service providers, leading secure technology migrations, and establishing full-scale security departments from the ground up. Prior to founding OSM Solutions, he led the security team at a major B2B gaming platform provider, where he was responsible for compliance management, audit preparedness, and aligning security efforts with business objectives across multiple regulated jurisdictions. Most recently, he has channeled his extensive hands-on experience into product innovation. He is one of the driving forces behind Complify, a newly launched SaaS platform that streamlines and automates compliance processes for fast-paced, regulated businesses.
