Burcu Mikulcik is the Head of Privacy at Greentube, where she leads the company’s global privacy program —steering the implementation of Privacy by Design principles and embedding Responsible AI practices across products, platforms, and operations in a complex, multi-jurisdictional landscape. With almost a decade of experience in data protection—and nearly five years in a leadership role—Burcu brings a pragmatic, business-aligned approach to privacy. She focuses on delivering scalable, compliant solutions that enable innovation while maintaining user trust and positioning privacy as a functional part of product and business decisions, rather than just a compliance checkbox. She has led cross-functional privacy initiatives across multiple jurisdictions, including the implementation of GDPR, end-to-end process design, ISO 27701 readiness assessments, and AI governance reviews. Beyond her role at Greentube, and drawing from her multidisciplinary background, Burcu brings a creative mindset to privacy thought leadership—contributing to cross-industry workshops, mentoring privacy professionals, and participating in red teaming exercises focused on identifying ethical and regulatory blind spots.
