Martin Indrek Miller

Martin Indrek Miller is a cybersecurity and IT risk management professional with more than 20 years of experience across cybersecurity, information security, cyber resilience, and regulated digital environments. His background combines senior roles in banking, national-level cybersecurity coordination, international cyber capacity building, and private-sector advisory.

Martin is the founder and CEO of Seiff Cybersecurity, where he helps organisations assess their cybersecurity maturity, identify risks in information systems, and develop practical measures to improve resilience. His work focuses on turning complex cybersecurity and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable improvements for management teams, technology leaders, and critical service providers.

Before founding Seiff Cybersecurity, Martin worked at the National Cybersecurity Centre of Estonia (NCSC-EE), including as Lead Cyber Security Advisor for the EU Cyber4Dev project. In this role, he supported public-sector institutions and national stakeholders across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean through cybersecurity maturity assessments, action plans, training, and strategic advisory support. He also contributed to national-level cyber risk coordination in Estonia, including work related to the Cybersecurity Act, cybersecurity strategy, and IT risk assessment methodology for vital service providers.

Earlier in his career, Martin held senior IT risk and security governance roles in the banking sector, giving him practical insight into cybersecurity and resilience in highly regulated financial environments. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
