Laura Kask

Laura Kask is the CEO of Proud Engineers, a boutique digitalisation consulting firm supporting governments and large organisations in building digital societies. Previously, she served as Chief Legal Officer for the CIO of the Estonian Government, contributing to landmark initiatives such as data embassies and digital continuity, while helping implement key EU regulations on e-identification, cybersecurity, and data protection into Estonian law. Laura is currently pursuing a PhD in IT Law at the University of Tartu.
