Marija Nudga is an internationally oriented lawyer and the Founder & Managing Partner of LexLegas, a boutique law firm based in Riga, Latvia, that provides legal support to businesses operating in high-risk and regulated industries such as iGaming, fintech, crypto, and digital technologies.

With over 7 years of legal practice and more than 3 years of experience as Head of Legal & Compliance in licensed iGaming companies, she has developed deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, international licensing, compliance management, AML/CTF, contract negotiation, and business structuring.

Through her firm LexLegas, Marija supports clients in obtaining and maintaining iGaming licenses (including Curaçao, MGA, UKGC and others), as well as PI/EMI, MSB, and crypto exchange licenses across multiple jurisdictions.

The firm also offers services in corporate law, intellectual property, immigration, company formation, legal outsourcing, and litigation support.

Marija personally oversees high-profile client projects — from early-stage startups to international holding structures — helping them build sustainable and compliant legal strategies in fast-changing regulatory environments.

Marija holds a degree in Law and Diplomacy from Riga Graduate School of Law and pursuing her studies at Rīga Stradiņš University. She is certified by ACAMS and regularly attends international conferences dedicated to gambling regulation and financial technologies.
