Inga Karulaitytė is a leading expert in fintech and digital finance regulation in Lithuania and the Baltics with more than 20 years of experience. She leads the Banking & Finance and Fintech practice at ECOVIS ProventusLaw.

Inga guides electronic money institutions, payment service providers, investment firms, and crypto-asset service providers through complex EU regulatory landscapes, including MiCA, PSD2, AML/CTF, sanctions, and operational resilience frameworks.
