Dr. Justina Valentukevičė is a researcher, lecturer, and digital transformation consultant with nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations transform through technology. Her career spans roles from implementing ERP and analytics solutions to leading software engineering teams building large-scale digital products and customer-facing platforms. She has worked across Lithuania and Scandinavia, delivering complex technology initiatives and helping organizations turn digital ambitions into real operational change.
She currently serves as the Head of the Digital Transformation Research Department at Vilnius University, where she conducts research in the field of information systems, exploring how digital technologies reshape organizations, with a particular focus on data-driven organizations. Justina also teaches courses on data analytics and emerging technologies.
