
Evelina Kvedaravičiūtė
Evelina Kvedaravičiūtė is a financial innovation expert at the Bank of Lithuania, where she leads initiatives to foster the development of the financial market in Lithuania—both in the Fintech sector and beyond.
She has managed the award-winning Newcomer Programme, which supports new market entrants seeking licensing in Lithuania. Previously, she also led the Regulatory Sandbox at the Bank of Lithuania and conducted the world’s first cross-border testing under the GFIN (Global Financial Innovation Network).
Evelina actively supports collaboration between market participants, institutions, and regulators, encouraging international players to explore opportunities in Lithuania and across the EU. She is also a PhD candidate in economics and finance at Vilnius University, focusing her research on blockchain adoption and regulation in the global financial market, with research experience in both the US and EU.
