Alla Serebrianskaia is partner at Asensi Abogados, a law firm in Spain specialized in the Gaming and Gambling sector. Alla joined Asensi Abogados in 2011. Upon the approval of the Spanish Gambling Act that same year, she has been deeply involved in the first and subsequent Spanish licensing processes for online gambling representing the interest of most of the major international gambling operators. Her experience includes the full range of licensing, regulatory, compliance and operational gaming aspects both for online and land-based operators, software and platform providers, affiliates, slot manufacturers and other related stakeholders in the sector.

Alla graduated in Law at the ESADE Business School (Barcelona) from where she was also awarded a Master’s in Business Law. Prior to joining Asensi Abogados, she worked in house at Indra Sistemas SA, Spain’s premier IT company.

Since 2016, Alla has been ranked in the Global Gaming & Gambling section of Chambers, the independent guide to the world’s leading lawyers. Her experience and expertise in international gaming and gambling matters is highlighted with clients praising her as “terrific, formidable and tremendous” or "she always goes the extra mile". Alla is also included in Who’s Who Legal 2022, 2023 and 2024 adding that “there is no doubt she is on one of the leading lawyers in the field of gaming law in Spain.”

Alla is Member for Spain of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL) and she is Member of the International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA). Alla writes authoritatively on the Spanish gambling industry and is also a regular speaker at international conferences.
