This interactive session will equip participants with the tools to assess their own burnout risk, recognize when boundaries need to be established, and navigate difficult conversations with confidence.

In this interactive workshop, we’ll be covering frameworks like Radical Candor and trust-based communication, Claire and Emily will provide practical strategies for identifying, mitigating, and resolving conflict while maintaining psychological safety and collaboration.
