The Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) is pleased to welcome Thunderpick as an ESIC Anti-Corruption Supporter.
Thunderpick joins a group of distinguished industry stakeholders who actively provide ESIC with information and intelligence about corruption, match fixing, and other suspicious behaviours taking place in esports. This cooperation reinforces Thunderpick’s commitment to promoting integrity and fair competition within the global esports betting ecosystem.
As an Anti-Corruption Supporter, Thunderpick will contribute to ESIC’s ongoing efforts to prevent, detect, and investigate corruption in esports—particularly in relation to betting fraud and match manipulation. Thunderpick will work with ESIC through real-time information sharing, suspicious betting monitoring, and active cooperation in related investigations.
Thunderpick’s engagement with ESIC reflects a growing awareness among betting operators of the critical role integrity partnerships play in protecting the long-term sustainability of competitive esports. By joining ESIC’s international network of betting and industry stakeholders, Thunderpick reinforces its responsibility to help uphold fairness and transparency across the industry.
Stephen Hanna, CEO of ESIC, commented: “We are pleased to welcome Thunderpick as an Anti-Corruption Supporter of ESIC. Thunderpick’s commitment to maintaining high integrity standards within the global esports industry is a welcomed addition to our efforts to mitigate betting-related corruption. Partnerships such as this allow us to strengthen our monitoring capabilities and ensure esports remains a fair and trusted space for competition.”
Kelly Sanders, Head of Strategy, at Thunderpick, also commented: “Fair play is what makes gaming truly fun. At Thunderpick, we understand this deeply — from sponsoring global tournaments like the Thunderpick World Championship, now in its third year, to listening to our community and being gamers ourselves. Integrity is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why it’s an honor to stand alongside ESIC as an Anti-Corruption Supporter, championing the protection of esports. Upholding fairness isn’t just important — it’s essential to the future of our industry.”
