“It’s interesting to see this historic event with Bet365 being the first betting and gaming company welcomed by the UEFA Champions League as sponsors. Meanwhile, the English Premier League is distancing itself from shirt-front gambling sponsorships by 2026.
“Responsible and compliant marketing in the sector is ever-more important as we work together across the industry to promote responsible, safe iGaming. It will be interesting to see how the partnership works for the Champions League, and if the public will weigh in on it.”
