Broadway Platform has rolled out its custom AI assistant, Brody, making the documentation assistant live across its platform. The company said in-depth data insights will follow at the start of Q4.

According to Broadway Platform, Brody uses multiple AI layers and accesses real-time data to generate reports and insights, support business functions, identify root issues, and propose action plans.

The company said the assistant is designed to present data and insights in a digestible format, rather than producing complex files that require specialist expertise to act on.

Broadway Platform positions Brody as a customer contact point within its end-to-end igaming ecosystem, intended to reduce reliance on human support for faster resolution and insights. The company framed the staged rollout as part of a broader push for self-service tools to support client scalability.

Giorgi Samkharadze, Director at Broadway Platform, said: “Our strategy is centred around technological superiority, efficiency, and empowering our clients, and Brody is an incredibly useful tool to give our partners the key building blocks to achieve their goals.

“We’re proud of our AI-first nature, and giving real-time reporting access is yet another strong step forward for platforms around the world.”
