TimeSeeker sets Drillbound Steam launch for October 8, 2026

TimeSeeker will launch Drillbound on PC via Steam on October 8, 2026, with Troglobytes Publishing attached as publisher, the companies said on August 13.

Drillbound is positioned as an incremental mining game built around an upgradable rail-mounted drill that descends layer by layer toward the planet’s core. According to the announcement, the drill fires automatically while players focus on positioning, collecting resources, avoiding hazards, and upgrading both the furnace and the drill.

The game’s progression loop centres on converting mined resources through a smelter into permanent upgrades, including power, efficiency and passive bonuses, alongside unlockable machinery and a skill tree. The companies describe the structure as short-run, repeatable progression designed to encourage “just one more run!”

An extended Drillbound demo is available now on Steam ahead of the October launch.
