Michigan’s FireKeepers Casino Hotel to Utilize Platform from Quick Custom Intelligence

FireKeepers Casino Hotel and Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) have jointly announced that the casino in Battle Creek, Michigan, has chosen the QCI Platform. The QCI Platform is currently being deployed throughout the property with its marketing, player development and casino operations teams set to begin training soon.

“After an extensive evaluation process, we selected QCI because it is able to meet all of our needs, from reporting to analytics to marketing automation,” the Vice-President of IT for FireKeepers Casino Hotel, BJ Bouschor, said. “We were also impressed with its platform’s ease-of-use, scalability and its ability to bring in so many disparate data sources into our data warehouse. We are excited to begin using the QCI enterprise platform.”

“We are pleased to partner with FireKeepers Casino Hotel for deployment of the QCI enterprise platform,” the Chief Technical Officer for QCI, Andrew Cardno, said. “The QCI platform will allow FireKeepers Casino Hotel to consolidate all of its unique data sources including gaming and non-gaming into one data warehouse while also leveraging the scalability of our tool to drive incremental revenue.”
