Global sports betting & iGaming platform provider FSB has announced that two candidates from it’s technology graduation programme have been awarded full-time roles within the organisation.

The two year course created in 2021 alongside talent solutions provider Rubik Talent (now Harvey Nash) offers opportunities to graduates from underrepresented groups within the iGaming sector to develop and grow their core technology skills.

The successful candidates, Benjamin Allen and Yan Ngo, have been awarded with full-time roles at FSB after consistently demonstrating outstanding ability and flair within the key discipline of Full Stack Software Development during their two year programme.

FSB continues to invest in the D&I focused graduation programme with four more candidates added to the project in 2022 halfway through their two year term of development.

Sam Lawrence, Chief Technical Officer at FSB, said: “The experience of creating, building and implementing this two year technology programme has been hugely rewarding for us all at FSB. Benjamin and Yan have been embedded into day to day operations within our organisation over the
last two years and have become exceptional assets to FSB. They have played key roles in a fast- moving global business and we have taken great pleasure in giving them the tools to take their technology skills to the next level.

“We remain passionate about this project and look forward to further developing the experience and knowledge of our current 2022 programme graduates.
