‘Race to real-time’: data from 40 billion bets shows Future Anthem personalisation significantly increases casino and sportsbook player value

Future Anthem, the pioneering AI and data science powerhouse, has started the ‘race to real-time’ as key findings highlight the effectiveness of its proprietary machine learning products in delivering truly personalised experiences in igaming and sports betting. 

Future Anthem analysed 40 billion bets from more than 32 million players, generated during the past 12 months, and using real-time machine learning to personalise the player experience is achieving significantly improved rates of engagement and retention, leading to higher revenues.  

In total Future Anthem’s operator customers saw a 25% increase in the number of spins slots players made per session, and a 10% increase in overall net revenue post bonus award.  

For select sports betting customers Future Anthem’s real-time daily-data feed allowed for 99% faster interaction with players at risk of churn, leading to clients reducing daily churn by 24%.
