Viktors Troicins is a Senior Advisor at the investment bank Oaklins Baltics and a Partner at Cetron, an iGaming-focused M&A advisory. He is also Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Latvijas Loto, certified board member by BICG and holder of the UKGC Personal Management Licence. With 20+ years of experience across corporate finance, strategy and executive leadership, he has led multiple international M&A and capital-raising projects. Viktors previously served as CEO of Maxima Latvia, CEO of Tonybet and held senior roles at Deloitte and leading regional companies.
