Valeriia Tarchynska

Chief Legal Officer at BETER

Valeriia Tarchynska is a seasoned legal professional with over 18 years of experience. She graduated from Kyiv National Economic University and further enhanced her expertise by completing a Law and Economics program at Utrecht University.

Before joining BETER, she held various positions in leading Ukrainian companies, including serving as Deputy Head of the Legal Department.

Valeriia has been running BETER’s legal department since 2019. Her core responsibilities include the company's legal strategy development, Corporate Governance, Tax and Compliance, contract negotiations, and managing the company’s daily legal operations.
