Papp Evelin is a dietitian and at the same time, my mission is to help you to understand better your attitude and habits regarding food. I help you learn a sustainable eating behavior that supports the proper functioning of your body. In addition to my degree in dietetics, I also work as a yoga teacher, because I consider it important to incorporate a holistic approach into my work. This is how I combine scientifically based information with complementary ones. I am a big fan of intestinal flora news and fermented foods, I recently conducted research in two countries (Hungary, and Latvia) on green teas, black teas, and Kombucha preparations made from them.
