Matteo Gabrielli

After nearly a decade across some of the biggest names in tech – from IBM to Amazon Web Services – Matteo has worked with organisations of every shape and size: early-stage startups moving fast, and global enterprises moving carefully.

He’s worn a lot of hats: architecting cloud solutions, running interactive workshops at companies and events, specialising in AI, strategising on products, speaking at conferences. What ties it all together is a drive to make businesses thrive – and to turn genuinely complex problems into something elegant and lasting.

At Selvatic, he brings that experience to life end-to-end: cloud infrastructure, SaaS, AI integrations, and e-commerce – always in close collaboration with the design side of the studio. The result is work that’s technically solid and actually enjoyable to use.

He holds multiple tech certifications and an MBA, and has a published research paper on AI-based activity recognition in the IEEE. He’s spoken at international industry events and webinars on cloud, AI, and platforms.

When he’s not shipping products, you’ll find him on the judo mat (black belt, instructor), chasing waves somewhere with good surf, or at the helm of his small sailing boat. Originally from Modena, based in London – always somewhere in between.
