Mateusz Serotiuk is a cybersecurity and compliance leader currently serving as a fractional CISO for a number of FinTech startups and scaleups across Europe.
With a strong background in cybersecurity, governance, and regulatory compliance, he has supported organizations through critical growth phases, license acquisitions, and global regulatory audits.
His career spans roles in security architecture, incident response, and regulatory alignment, including leadership positions at Volt, Alokai and other startups, where he built and scaled Cybersecurity, IT and Compliance operations to support EMI/PIL and other licensing efforts in the UK, EU, LATAM, Australia and Singapore.
Beyond operational leadership, Mateusz advises startups on aligning security strategies with business objectives and implementing scalable, automated GRC frameworks and processes.
