Marija Nudga is a Senior Legal Counsel at TonyBet, an international licensed iGaming operator active across multiple regulated markets. In this role, she leads complex cross-border regulatory projects, oversees licensing strategy, and manages high-level compliance matters across EU and non-EU jurisdictions.
With over 8 years of legal practice and more than 4 years in senior in-house leadership positions within licensed iGaming companies, Marija has developed deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, international licensing, compliance governance, AML/CTF, contract negotiation, and multi-jurisdictional corporate structuring. She regularly coordinates with regulators, external counsel, payment providers, and certification bodies to ensure sustainable and fully compliant operations in highly regulated environments.
Alongside her in-house leadership role, Marija is the Founder & Managing Partner of LexLegas, a boutique law firm based in Latvia that provides strategic legal support to businesses operating in high-risk and regulated industries such as iGaming, fintech, crypto, and digital technologies.
