In 2021, she founded BeyondPlay, an engagement SaaS start-up that raised €7M+ and achieved one of the industry’s fastest exits with its 2024 acquisition by FanDuel, where she later served as Vice President.
Today, through HerPlay, Karolina mentors and invests in early-stage founders and delivers talks and workshops on starting a business from scratch, personal brand, innovation, confidence, risk, reinvention, and leadership. Her debut book, Her Play, unveiled with Richard Branson on Necker Island, captures her rise from casino floors to startup boardrooms and will launch publicly in Spring 2025.
