Heidi Reinson is a Financial Behaviour Research Senior Expert at the University of Tartu and a Senior Industry Expert at the Baltic Finance Center, Riga Business School. She specialises in the intersection of psychology and finance, currently pursuing a double doctoral degree at Maastricht University and the University of Tartu, with a specific focus on pension decision-making. As part of her research, she has conducted field experiments on pension savings in collaboration with the Estonian Ministry of Finance and the pension registry.
With almost 20 years of experience in applied behavioural science, Heidi previously served as the Behavioural Science Lead at Kantar and worked with the Estonian Public Sector Innovation Team. She is also a visiting lecturer at SSE Riga. She has a MSc degree in Cognitive and Decision Sciences from University College London (UCL) and BSc in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga (SSE Riga).
