Justyna Grusza-Głębicka is involved in gambling law both academically and in practice.

Since 2018, she has been a practicing attorney. In 2019, she defended her doctoral dissertation titled "State Control over the Gambling Sector and Its Impact on Penal and Criminological Aspects of Gambling." She also completed postgraduate studies in Compliance&ESG at Lazarski University in Warsaw with high marks. Justyna has participated in many scientific conferences. She is the author of academic articles on gambling, both scientific and commercial, published in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, igamingpolska.pl, and E-PLAY.PL. She has also provided expert commentary for portals such as prawo.pl and interplay.pl.

Her professional practice focuses on advising on compliance with gambling legal regulations. She develops compliance procedures and policies, particularly related to AML. She has ten years of experience in conducting legal proceedings, including those related to gambling.
