David Foster

David is Head of Regulatory Affairs at Entain Group in London where he is responsible for leading the company’s regulatory engagement and policy outreach in a number of international jurisdictions. Prior to joining Entain, David spent four and a half years in a similar role at Paddy Power Betfair (now Flutter). Before joining the gambling industry, David also spent time working in the sports sector for a leading trade association and in Brussels as an advisor in the European Parliament.
