Daniil Aal

Ten years ago, Daniil joined Estateguru as its first employee. Today, he leads it as CEO. Across seven roles, from cold-calling investors to running lending, sales, and operations, he has been part of every stage of the company's growth.

Together with the team, he has helped scale Estateguru from €2M to more than €940M in funded loans. The platform now serves 150,000+ registered users and investors from over 100 countries, making it one of Europe's largest regulated platforms for property-backed SME lending.

His focus today is on what makes fintech businesses last: capital discipline, profitability, and disciplined growth through cycles. Daniil holds a Master's in Economics and Business Administration, Copenhagen Business School.
