Aleksandra is Managing Partner at FinLegalTech, a Doctor of Law and a legal practitioner with a specialized focus on pioneering innovations within the financial sector, particularly centered around blockchain technology, crypto-assets, and crowdfunding.

With a wealth of experience, she has provided comprehensive legal support to prominent financial institutions, including investment firms, alternative funds, payment institutions, banks, and crowdfunding platforms. Her adeptness includes representing these entities in licensing proceedings before regulatory bodies such as the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). In addition to her regulatory advisory role, Aleksandra actively supports startups, particularly within the FinTech sector, in developing legally sound business models and facilitating their growth trajectory. She has advised numerous projects associated with the crypto-assets/DeFi market, both domestically and internationally.

Aleksandra's areas of specialization extend also to matters related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.

Beyond her legal practice, she serves as a member of the supervisory board at AIP Seed VC fund, leveraging her insights to support emerging ventures.
