In his 25-year career, Adam has been strongly associated with the lottery, sports betting and gaming industry since 2011 onwards. Previously, many years in M&A projects within other industries incl telco and chemicals.

Currently, Adam Lamentowicz holds a role of VP International at Superbet Group overseeing operations in countries outside of Romanian market and new market entries, a role to which he transitioned after over 2yrs as CEO of Superbet Poland.

Adam is also the President of the Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Commerce of the Entertainment and Bookmaking Industry, which brings together over 100 entities in Poland such as operators and suppliers of tech solutions and services to the gambling industry. He is also majority shareholder at BF Games, a company delivering software solutions for gaming industry (platforms and games).

Before joining Superbet Group in course of 2020, he acted as the President of the Management Board of Totolotek SA – oldest bookmaker brand in the Polish market 2011-2018; President of the Management Board of Intralot Nederland BV and Intralot Benelux BV of companies providing the central lottery system (2015-2019); or Chief Betting Officer/SVP at Intralot Inc. USA, responsible for launching two sports betting brands in the USA in course of 2018-2020.
