He started his career in customer support before progressing through operations, recruitment, commercial leadership and business management roles, ultimately leading teams of more than 50 professionals supporting international clients across the UK and Europe.
Over the last five years, Krystian has focused on the iGaming industry, helping operators build and optimize customer support, player protection, risk management and compliance-related operations. He is the founder of GameGuardians, an iGaming-focused outsourcing company supporting operators with customer experience and operational excellence.
